Bands that don't snap, roll, or smell.
We tested 40+ suppliers before we sold a single band. Train at home with the same loops physios and coaches order from us by the pallet.

Why our bands hold
Every batch is pull-tested to failure on samples, measured for thickness variance at six points, and screened for odour. Latex-sensitive? The TPE line has no natural rubber protein at all.
Free exercise guide
Six moves, three starter programmes, and plain-English advice on when to move up a resistance level. Included in every pack, free to read here.
Six sets. Each one earned its place.
Natural latex for the longest stretch and liveliest snap-back. TPE when you need latex-free. Long bands for pull-ups and mobility.

Our testing standard, in the open.
A band under tension stores real energy. A failure at full stretch is a face injury, not an inconvenience. Here's what every batch goes through before it reaches you.

{{ t.pass }}Latex or latex-free?
Natural latex stretches further and snaps back livelier, but contains rubber proteins some people react to. Our TPE line is fully latex-free — the right call for clinics, schools, and shared kit.
Use it safely
This card ships in every pack. Replace any band showing nicks, tears, or a chalky surface.
We tested 40+ suppliers to find bands we'd hand to our own families.
Bellhum started with a snapped band and a bruised forearm. Cheap loops are everywhere — thin latex, uneven thickness, glued seams that let go mid-rep. We decided the only honest way to sell bands was to buy them the hard way first.
Over eighteen months we ordered samples from more than forty factories across four countries, pulled them to failure, measured thickness variance along the loop, and left them in hot cars and gym bags for months. Most failed something. Three didn't. Those are the only partners we work with today — and safety is the reason, not the marketing.
